It's a pretty low-key competition, with no clear-cut rules. Mostly it's "which kid is interesting enough to choose to keep playing all the time until the next generation?" XD
True Legacy rules say I have to pick one heir; the rest (the spares) will likely get moved into houses of their own and still get to have kids, so the heir's kid(s) will have cousins to go to school with and such. But I'm allowed to cheat like crazy with the spares!
A lot of people do double-heirs when they can't pick, which I often end up doing, but I really want to pick only ONE official heir since I'm trying to do proper Legacy rules with the Goreys.
