The Rosales Family Part 30

doronjosimaIt's more Adventures of Non-Heirs, simply for the benefit of genetic experimentation!
We start off at Alfred & Shea Varma's place. The two have done their baby-making duty, so of course that means Alfred has to greet the welcoming committee in his skivvies. Again, Stubbly Jones and Lilly Varma are present.
A water balloon fight breaks out, thus summoning the Town Bicycle!
TB: So, I ended up having to go to the doctor, since all my gentleman callers stopped coming by once that discharge started...
Lilly: @_@;;;;;
Thank goodness Stubbly is there for Lilly to obsess over, so she can forget her conversation with TB...
Grilled cheese sandwiches all around, once the Town Bicycle is run off.
Alfred meets Moonshine, the local stray cat.
I buy them a bunch of cat stuff, in the hopes that they can befriend Moonshine enough that he'll move in.
Voila! Pregnancy! Alfred is the lucky one in this couple. He also gave no signs previous to this, and never got sick once.
He calls his mom almost immediately. Well, that's what I'd do if I discovered I was pregnant!
As they're both Knowledge Sims, Alfred and Shea don't do much of interest. Thus, the second half of the pregnancy is documented.
Alfred is bored staying home, so I send him to Bluewater Village to hang out. He runs into Banjari and immediately runs over to hug her. Awwwww!
While buying cheesecake at the bakery, he runs into Grandpa SimJoe.
SimJoe hate robots!!! Also, what the heck is going on there in the background...?
Yikes, clearly that townie's name should be Regan!
Back at home, Alfred is awakened from a nap by labor! Willow from my Buffyverse houses is the only witness. (Yes, he invited her in and went to take a nap. Sims can be so rude sometimes...)
Willow throws up her hands at the whole affair!
Hooray! It's a boy! He is christened Marconi!
And, it's also a girl! Hooray! She is named Marie!
Despite the fact that there was another person in the house, Alfred just plopped Marconi on the floor...
I honestly don't know which baby he is holding here. Marconi is slightly darker than Marie, but sim babies all kind of look alike to me.
Willow seems unhappy that Alfred is already leaving babies on the floor, and brings him one.
Finally (after much cursing on my part), both babies are placed in their cribs, safe and sound.
Shea heads right for the babies as soon as he gets home from work.
He seems thrilled by the prospect of his progeny!
Not so sure how the babies feel about him yet though...
One thing Shea hates: diaper duty! Too bad!
Meanwhile, back at Boomfreeka's place:
She managed to max out all her body points. As an actress, this is clearly very important!
And where is Beniboom while Mommy works out obsessively? Why, on the floor of his nursery of course! At least it's carpeted...
At least Amin is a good parent...
*SIGH* Maybe Boomfreeka is planning to audition for a remake of Mommy Dearest?
Amin has the most hilarious tiny dance. He's insanely shy, so he barely moves when he dances. SO FUNNY.
Finally, Beniboom has a birthday!
The traditional flinging of the baby!
This kid is incredibly adorable. Amin has good genes!
Ever since Boomfreeka got abducted, Amin is obsessed with the telescope. He really wants to be abducted too!
He finally gets his wish! Hooray!
Boomfreeka seems oddly happy about this turn of events...
Then reality sinks in, and she freaks out!
The inevitable return!
Splat, right onto the sidewalk!
Poor guy, he's all butthurt. But he went into platinum aspiration!
Boomfreeka is thrilled to see her hubby!
Awww, they're so cute.
Beniboom is glad his dad is home, too. (Mommy isn't so great at parenting...)
Boomfreeka apparently was afraid the tabloids would say she was a bad mother, so she made some attempts to parent.
She was really bored by the whole toilet training affair though.
And voila, Amin is knocked up! Three cheers for alien babies on the way!
Back at Anthony and Rosemarie's place:
Rosemarie has more morning sickness than any of my other sims combined.
She also goes to the bathroom while holding Lucille. Uh, what?
Despite having a high number of cooking points, Anthony managed to set the microwave on fire.
Rosemarie was less than amused, and totally gave him crap for it.
They didn't even really need that firefighter, Rosemarie saved the day. I think I might love her, just a little.
She takes over the cooking after that.
While Lucille stands in ankle-deep pee. Bad kitten! Anthony does nothing to help this situation. Argh!
But Rosemarie loves her incontinent kitty!
I build a special enclosed patio room for the future cats. In Texas, this is called a "mud room".
Lucille is so tiny, it's easy to lose her.
She grows up quickly though, and looks like a raccoon!
Cat #2 is adopted. Meet Buddy!
Rosemarie really loves Anthony. She's always pooting out hearts when he walks by.
Anthony is also great, because he carries on the family tradition of playing in the bathtub.
Plus, he struts whenever he comes home from work.
As a Romance Sim, he's not too great though. His favorite person to goose or flirt with? Rosemarie, his wife!
She loves him, even when he reeks.
Her pregnancy is pretty hard. She constantly needs naps.
But for fun, she plays in the bathtub!
It was this that made me completely love Rosemarie.
Voila, level two of pregnancy!
And what does she do? Gets right back into the tub to have some more fun. She's hilarious!
Finally, the big day arrives for labor time!

And he immediately starts freaking out! Aha, maybe he is a Romance Sim!
Nope, he's just excited and happy! Welcome to baby Rob!
He has a nice blended skintone, and Rosemarie is delighted by him.
Anthony makes pancakes, while Rosemarie feeds Rob.
Then Anthony puts the baby down for a nap...
...just so he can strut into the living room and mack on his wife!
All his wants revolve around Rosemarie. It's very cute.
Oh yeah, they're trying for baby number two. Anthony completely fails as a Romance Sim.
Rosemarie does diaper duty in her skivvies. Classy!
And the rollercoaster ride of sick begins again!
She works out for body points for her promotion before she gets too big to attempt such things. Buddy looks on.
The sick continues... and Anthony apparently decides underwear are the way to go.
Vast numbers of kittens are spawned by Lucille. Two are had with Buddy, one with Bandito (based on one of my real cats) and one with Indy (also based on one of my real cats). The kittens are named Ricky, Arnaz, Luci Jr. and Desilu, and thus Rosemarie has six cats to get jobs in order to fulfill her lifetime want.
Anthony has no shame. What if the neighbors have telescopes?!
Anthony managed to achieve his lifetime want of becoming a professional party guest pretty quickly, so he paints a portrait of Rosemarie.
SimTrent walks by the house in the rain. Yes, he's based on an actual friend of mine, and yes, he does look that good in real life. There oughta be a law.
All hail Rosemarie, Destroyer of Toilets!

Rob grows up into a tuxedo and some very odd hair for a baby. Perhaps he is a junior member of Spandau Ballet...
He gets a fresh look more in keeping with his age. Also, BEAR HAT.
For a Fortune Sim, Rosemarie is extremely obsessed with motherhood.
Rob screams. A lot. He also stinks.
He'll have to wait though, because it's labor time again!
Anthony seems even more upset this time!
It's a girl this time! She's named Laura. (Yes, this household is getting a classic TV theme on the naming. I was compelled to do it, because of the name Rosemarie.)
