The Gorey Legacy: Side Story A

I really haven't had much time to play between work and life, but there have been tiny pokings at Goreys every so often. Not enough pics for a regular update, but soon. In the meantime, you get to see what the non-heirs have made of their lives. (Since they are not legacy heirs, they are allowed to have massive cheating going on with the SimBlender...) Also, because I am obsessed with seeing what comes out when you breed Sims. (It's a sickness!)

We start with Boggerslosh and his fiancee, Meadow, moving in to a decent apartment.

Meadow turns out to be a Knowledge Sim (and a Pisces), who is interested in going into the Medical career. She reads a lot.

Boggerslosh grew up into a reasonably attractive adult, but unfortunately, he really is quite dull. And this is despite having only one nice point! He's working on becoming and Icon, so he's in whichever career gets him there. (Yes, I forgot. I'm terrible.)

The young couple, unable to afford a large ceremony, get hitched in the living room with no witnesses. They're saving up, because...

Meadow was pregnant when they got married! The pregnancy positively flew by, helped by the SimBlender. (If only real pregnancies could take the equivalent of a day!)

They had a son, Harold Gorey. He has his mother's skintone and his father's eyes.

Boggy is a surprisingly attentive father.

Soon, Harold is a toddler, with dodgy taste in clothes and hair an 80's metalhead would envy!

Meanwhile, Eepie moved in to the apartment next door to Boggy & Meadow. (Why not keep all the non-heirs in the same place, right?)

Kenneth (aka Depression Era Kid) moved in with her, since they were engaged after all. Surprisingly, he's a Romance Sim and a Cancer.

They likewise have a tiny ceremony in their dining area. Eepie doesn't even get a chance to change out of her waitress uniform.

But these two have been in love since they were teenagers, so getting officially married is just a formality to them.

Unlike that tramp Meadow, Eepie waits till she's married to conceive a baby...

And once again, the SimBlender speeds that pregnancy right along!

It doesn't do anything for labor though, which still looks just as difficult. (Also, it just occurred to me that all Sim women have their babies WHILE STANDING UP! Good lord, world of no! They are some tough ladies indeed!)

Kenneth is very pleased at the arrival of the baby!

It's a girl, Lizzia Gorey!

And voila, soon, Lizzia is a toddler. She inherited Kenneth's red hair! Hooray!

We'll end on a picture of Lizzia being absolutely adorable.
That's all for now, as always, thanks for reading and I hope to get back to the heirs and their future progeny soon!
