The Gorey Legacy Part 13

doronjosimaSick at home on my day off, so what better to do than update my Goreys? I know it's already passe to play Sims 2, but I have so much left to do in the game, I will be in it for the long haul. Besides, I finally just got the Goreys into a new working household again; their last lot was buggy and had become unplayable. But that's for future updates! I still have this backlog!
Grandparents are good for teaching skills to toddlers. Friedrich really adores his grandsons, despite their unholy conception from two women. Also, TEACHING THE BABY WITH THE WOLF IS PROBABLY A BAD IDEA. Knowledge sims, I swear.
Naenae is also a doting grandmother. Also, thrilled that the baby knows her before mom. Hmm.
They may be elders, but Friedrich and Naenae are still very much in love. It's kind of cute.
Kind of scandalized that Epergne insists on tending her nephews while in her scanty drawers. That's just several kinds of wrong...
Friedrich: Congrats on giving me grandbabies!
Apparently, I went all arty when I took this shot of Embley succeeding in teaching Snedleigh to talk. It looks like she's abandoning him! D:
Dawbis also learned to talk, and was ready to break out.

Such language from a BABY. I am scandalized yet again.
Friedrich, being a good grand-dad, yet again. Yawn. These children were the exact opposite of neglected.
Epergne finally got to kiss someone besides her live-in boyfriend (Hobart). I cannot for the life of me remember Vesty's name.
Annnnd, there's Hobart, lurking in the background to make sure no cheating goes on. His sixth sense about it is positively uncanny!
Toddlers are cute! (Why.... no, my biological clock isn't ticking like the Doomsday Clock from Watchmen. Why do you ask?!)
Eepie comes by to visit her dad. Still in her waitress get-up from work.
Like everyone else, she immediately starts doting on the children! You have a kid of your own at home, lady!
Embley gets a fancy machine to makebiological weapons medicine with!
Also, she likes to just mess with it, to look at cells and stuff. She's brainy.
A very plain woman came home from work with Hobart, and made him laugh like a little girl. O_o
She then helped herself to the family dinner. GTFO!

Meanwhile, the two knowledge sims are content to study together. It's definitely not lesbian bed death. No, really.
Hobart, vain as a peacock. (Oh no, getting charisma skill for work...)

Annnnd, maxed skill point! (No idea which one at this point...)
Metal Evil Scientist Hand next to the baby's tender skin is kinda scary!

Whoever invented the coloring table for this game should get an award. It makes for so much cuteness.
Friedrich learned Lifelong Happiness. Well, old people generally do buy a lot of self-help books.
Epergne, why do you bother? Hobart will be here in two seconds to cockblock any attempts at romance you make...
And, wella. With awkward neighborhood teenager to boot.
Since she wandered onto the lot, she got made over. It's one of those Summerdream kids. I don't pay enough attention to the Maxis sims, sadly...
She was all about Epergne, though. Too bad Epergne doesn't date teens or women.
And finally, it's birthday time for Los Babinos.
Summerdream girl is down for a party. Well duh, there are TWO CAKES.
